Who am I?
My name is Andy Leung. I am a loving husband to my wife Andrea and father of 2 awesome boys – Noah and Nathan. I have a passion for team building and provide leadership coaching in my personal and professional life. Working with others inspires me every day and I am motivated by continuously creating connections with those around me.
Who is Andy in the business world?
I am currently the Vice President of E.S. Williams & Associates (ESW), a company focused on IT consulting and solutions. My background in project management, strategic consulting, software development, and professional services has helped ESW grow its customer base over my nearly 10 years with the organization.
My passion for healthcare improvement in Alberta has consistently kept me engaged with various organizations focused on primary care. This includes relationships with various EMR (Electronic Medical Record) companies, specialist clinics, governmental organizations, and primary care networks. Extending the vision created by Tommy Douglas, the founder of Canadian healthcare, is a very important mission for me and a legacy I hope to be part of in the future.
What is this blog about?
This blog is a platform for me to share my ideas and experiences around leadership and technology. I was very lucky to have mentors in my life that allowed me to grow into the person that I am today. Having a blog is my opportunity to connect with people and pay-forward the support I had early in my career. If my experiences and insights resonate with even one person, it will be a great success for me.
